Goa Project

Aims to bring a chain of premium hotels and resorts with world class facilities to discerning people. This is JMJ Group’s second project in Hospitality Division. RHRPL currently has approx. 12 acres land, situated in Uttorda, Majorda, Goa. This property is located 16km awayfrom the Dabolim Airport. The land faces the serene and beautiful Arabian Sea. The company plans to develop a 5 star luxury hotel and resort which is at par with international standards. The hotel will have plush interiors with world class amenities and facilities. From aesthetically landscaped gardens with artificial waterfalls, business centre, shopping arcade, private beach & water sports– it will have it all.

The project is designed to include on one part 08 independent stand alone structures with identical portions of Ground + 1st floor, each to constitute 111 Rooms with 12 exclusive tents, service apartments, specialty restaurant, oriental restaurant, banquet hall and a convention centre. The main hotel complex is a ground + 1st floor structure and would house the front, middle and back offices, utility areas, guest facilities and 111 guest rooms with two presidential suite, a swimming pool, spa & salon, conference halls, travel desk, health club, gym, Jacuzzi, entertainment area and children’s play area.

The project will target international travelers and tourists, as well as the domestic segments comprising discerning customers such as high net-worth individuals on holiday, corporate honchos and their teammates on business trips and the affluent and pleasure seeking business class people, with a high level on disposable income. ‘PLANETHOLLYWOOD GOA’
